As a certified communications and network engineer with expertise in Mitel business communications, mobility and contact center technologies, Cisco networking, and cloud-based unified communications, Jim helps organizations design reliable network architectures and develop effective voice, collaboration and contact center strategies. He earned degrees in Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines (BSc.) and in Geophysics from the University of Houston. (M.s.)
