High Country Workplace Technologies began working with Fine Airport Parking in 2017, when HCWT was selected to provide technology for Fine’s newly constructed Denver location.
What began as a single-location relationship expanded as Fine Airport Parking grew. HCWT now provides networking, unified communications, desktop technology and continuing support for Fine Airport Parking locations across the United States.
The nationwide environment includes Cisco Meraki firewalls, switching, secure employee Wi-Fi and guest Wi-Fi; business communications; desktop technology; Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID; and coordinated support for video-surveillance improvements.
When Fine expanded back into its south parking lot in Tulsa, HCWT also implemented a Cisco Meraki wireless bridge to extend network connectivity into the additional operating area.

A technology relationship that began in Denver
HCWT’s relationship with Fine Airport Parking began in 2017 during construction of the company’s Denver facility.
At that time, HCWT was responsible for technology at the Denver location. The project required communications, network and desktop infrastructure capable of supporting a large, modern airport parking operation.
HCWT helped establish the technology foundation needed to serve employees and travelers throughout the facility. As Fine opened and expanded additional locations, the company continued working with HCWT.
The relationship developed from support for one newly constructed property into a nationwide technology partnership.
Today, HCWT provides networking, phones, desktops and related technology support across Fine Airport Parking’s United States locations.
This expansion reflects HCWT’s ability to:
- Support the technology requirements of a newly constructed facility
- Develop repeatable standards for additional locations
- Coordinate deployments across multiple states
- Maintain a consistent network and communications environment
- Adapt technology designs to the needs of individual properties
- Work with Fine’s employees and specialized technology partners
- Provide ongoing support after each location is operational
- Control support costs as the customer’s footprint expands
Creating a consistent nationwide technology environment
As Fine Airport Parking expanded beyond Denver, HCWT helped extend its technology standards to the company’s other locations.
A consistent environment makes it easier to support employees, manage equipment, diagnose problems and plan upgrades. At the same time, every property has different buildings, parking layouts, operational requirements and connectivity challenges.
HCWT balances company-wide standards with location-specific designs.
The nationwide environment includes:
Unified communications
HCWT provides and supports Fine Airport Parking’s business telephone and unified communications systems. The communications environment connects employees across locations while preserving the routing required by each facility.
Cisco Meraki networking
HCWT supports Meraki security appliances, network switches and wireless access points across Fine’s operations. Cloud-based management gives HCWT centralized visibility into equipment at geographically separated properties.
Secure employee and guest Wi-Fi
Fine’s wireless environment supports authorized employees and business technology while providing appropriately separated internet access for customers.
Desktop technology
HCWT provides and supports desktop computers and related equipment used by Fine Airport Parking employees across its locations.
Microsoft 365 and Entra ID
HCWT facilitated Fine’s migration to Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID, helping establish a more consistent cloud productivity and identity environment for employees throughout the company.
Surveillance coordination
HCWT worked with Tulsa Surveillance Technologies to update and upgrade video surveillance at Fine Airport Parking locations. HCWT helped provide the networking, switching and connectivity required to support the surveillance environment.
Supporting Fine’s expansion in Tulsa
When Fine Airport Parking expanded back into its south Tulsa parking lot, the additional operating area needed network connectivity.
Installing a conventional physical cable path would have introduced additional construction, cost and timing considerations. HCWT implemented a Cisco Meraki wireless bridge to extend Fine’s existing network into the south lot.
The wireless bridge allowed the expanded area to connect with Fine’s technology environment without relying entirely on new underground or building-to-building cabling.
This project demonstrates how HCWT adapts technology to a customer’s operational plans. The objective was not simply to install wireless equipment—it was to help Fine return an additional parking area to productive use.
Supporting profitability through a customized service model
Fine Airport Parking requires reliable technology across several 24-hour operations, but it must also manage expenses carefully.
As Fine’s technology partner, HCWT has customized its support costs and allocation of technical resources around the company’s actual requirements.
This approach helps Fine Airport Parking:
- Maintain reliable communications and networking
- Receive support across locations from a familiar technology team
- Control recurring technology expenses
- Avoid unnecessary equipment and service costs
- Prioritize upgrades that provide meaningful operational value
- Apply technical resources where they are most needed
- Expand its operations without creating an unnecessarily expensive support structure
- Protect profitability while maintaining dependable technology
HCWT understands that the success of a long-term technology relationship depends on supporting the customer’s financial objectives as well as its technical requirements.
